Las Vegas, Nevada, famous for its casinos, world-class entertainment, convention center, and tradeshow expos, is enriched by nature and its diverse cultures. It is the largest city within the Mojave Desert, surrounded by natural wonders and stunning beauty.

Expos & Year-Round Showrooms:

Las Vegas is also known for hosting many conventions and tradeshows that cater to the architecture and design community. The annual HD Expo & Conference draws people from all over the world to see the latest products and innovations in the hospitality design industry. This is also where the IIDA Product Design Awards take place. The World Market Center, home to trade showrooms year-round, also hosts both the Summer and Winter Las Vegas Markets, the major West Coast interior design furnishings and furniture showcases of the year.

The Las Vegas City Center strives to be the resource that inspires a dynamic connection within the commercial design community by providing networking opportunities, continuing education programs, and events that bring our diverse members together. We value “giving back to our community” by supporting local non-profit organizations and more. We enjoy working together to promote connections between design professionals, industry partners, and students among all our City Centers to collectively create a positive impact on the IIDA Southwest Chapter’s design community.
