Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the Park is a wellness event led by 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and fellow IIDA member Natalie Jung. This class is suitable for all levels and is designed to find a fun, playful practice that will leave you feeling balanced & relaxed.
Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
There is no cost for this event but please consider bringing a non-perishable food item(s) if you are attending in person, or donating to Roadrunner Food Bank via the link below.
